【キャンセルポリシー】

  • ご自身やご同居のご家族が体調不良等の場合はご受講をお控えください。
    こちらの判断でマスクの着用をお願いする事がございます。ご理解のほどお願いいたします。
  • 2回連続でキャンセル、ご連絡のないキャンセルはそれ以降のご予約をお受けできません。ご理解のほどお願いいたします。
  • 天災や当方の急な都合によりレッスンを休講させていただく場合がございます。その場合は振替レッスンをご用意しておりますのでご安心ください。ご理解下さいますよう宜しくお願いいたします。
  • キャンセル・変更は事前準備がありますのでお早めにご連絡下さい。
  • キャンセルの際は、ご連絡の時期に応じてキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。お振り込み先は個別にてご案内いたします。

【教室について】

  • レッスン当日は5分前からご入室いただけます。遅刻の場合は必ずご連絡ください。
  • 当教室は完全予約制の少人数制です。
  • 女性限定とさせて頂きます。（親子レッスンのみお子様可）
    申し訳ございませんが小さなお子様連はご遠慮いただいております。
  • 教室の場所は新宿近辺でレッスンさせていただきます。詳しい所在地はご予約確定後にお知らせいたします。
  • 駐車場はございませんのでご了承ください。
  • 建物外観、所在地、生徒様や講師の個人情報の撮影・公開は禁止致します。
  • レッスン中の動画撮影はご遠慮いただいております。こちらからご案内させて頂いた場合のみになります。基本的に静止画のみでお願いしております。
  • 画像、動画アプリなどの位置情報は必ずOFFにしていただきますようお願いいたします。
  • 作業工程やレシピ、レッスン内容がわかるような画像のSNSへの投稿はご遠慮下さい。完成作品の投稿はOKです。

【その他】

  • レシピの無断転用、複製、SNSへ投稿、第三者への他言公開は禁止です。
    またディプロマを取得されていない方のレシピの商用利用や、当教室のレシピを使い無断でオリジナルと偽ったリリースも禁止致します。又、全く同じデザインでの利用はご遠慮下さい。
  • 貴重品はご自身で管理をお願いいたします。万一窃盗や破損、紛失などのトラブルが発生しても責任は負いかねます。
  • 教室内で起こった事故や怪我、生徒様同士のトラブルなどは一切責任を負いかねます。
  • 全て安全にお召し上がり頂ける材料を使用しておりますが、万一アレルギー当が発生した場合、当教室では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。レシピをご確認ください。
  • 当方は食品衛生責任者の資格を有しており、衛生管理には十分に注意を払ってレッスン準備を行っております。ご受講者様には、手洗いや消毒などをお願いしております。
  • レッスン規約は変更する場合がございますので、その都度ご案内させていただきますのでご理解のほどお願いいたします。

【個人情報の取り扱い】

レッスンお申し込みの際にいただいた個人情報は責任を持って管理しております。
目的を逸脱しての利用及び第三者へ提供はございません。

【Cancel Policy】

  • Please refrain from taking the course if you or a family member living with you is not feeling well.
    At our discretion, we may ask you to wear a mask. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If you cancel twice in a row, or if you cancel without contacting us, we will not be able to accept your reservation after that. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Lessons may be canceled due to natural disasters or unexpected situations on our part. In that case, We kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.
  • As advance preparation is needed, please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes.
  • In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the timing of your notice.Payment details will be provided individually.

【About the Classroom】

  • On the day of the lesson, you can enter the room 5 minutes before. In case of lateness, please be sure to contact us in advance.
  • Our lesson operates on a fully reservation-based, and small group of participants.
  • Our lesson is exclusively for women.(only children are permitted for parent-child lessons)we apologize, but we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing small children lesson.
  • The location of the classroom will be in the vicinity of Shinjuku. The detailed location will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.
  • Please note that there is no parking lot.
  • It is prohibited to photograph or disclose the exterior of the building, location, or personal information of students and instructors.
  • Please refrain from taking videos during the lesson. It will only be if we guide you from here. Basically, we only ask for still images.
  • Please be sure to turn off location information such as images and video applications.
  • Please refrain from posting images on social media that show the work process, recipes, and lesson contents. Posting your finished work is allowed.

[Other]

  • Unauthorized use of recipes, duplication, posting on SNS, and publication of other words to third parties is prohibited.
    In addition, it is prohibited to use the recipes of those who do not have a diploma for commercial purposes, or to use the recipes of our class and release them falsely as original without permission. Also, please refrain from using it with exactly the same design.
  • Please take care of your valuables by yourself. We are not responsible for any problems such as theft, damage, or loss.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or troubles between students that occur in the classroom.
  • All ingredients are used for safe consumption, but please note that we are not responsible for any allergies.
  • We are qualified as a food sanitation manager, and we pay close attention to hygiene management when preparing lessons. We ask that participants wash and disinfect their hands.
  • The lesson policy are subject to change.
    We will inform you of any updates as they occur, and we appreciate your understanding.

We are responsible for managing the personal information you receive when you apply for lessons.
